Life Rehabilitation provides quality, cost-effective, outcomes-driven
acute rehabilitation for patients disabled by stroke, spinal
cord injury, brain injury and other disabling conditions.
Our expanding network of seven rehabilitation units provides
wide coverage and access.
As part of our commitment to continuing professional development,
we offer a number of educational activities in the field of
rehabilitation medicine. This year, we are focusing on specialist
skills training workshops, presented by recognised experts.
The events are designed to lay a theoretical framework and build
practical skills that practitioners can utilise in developing and
consolidating their own fields of practice.
We are committed to providing expert, interdisciplinary rehabilitation-related
CPD for our colleagues, in the interest of developing this exciting field of
practice. We look forward to your participation in our learning activities for
2008/2009.
We present an opportunity for skills development and detailed topic
exploration, discussion on current issues in the field, as well as
an opportunity to network with professionals having similar interests.
Our programme this year comprises one day workshops. The cost
of the workshops in Gauteng and Kwazulu-Natal will be R450; in
the Free State and Eastern Cape each workshop will cost R400 and R350
respectively.
DETAILS
CPD accreditation will be organised for all events, and CPD certificates
will be presented to all attendees at the end of each event. The final
detailed programme and registration form will be available from the
venue contact person 8 weeks prior to each event. All of our CPD activities include refreshments.
