Accommodation

bed1In order to ensure that all delegates enjoy preferential rates, the organising committee has negotiated special rates at the Protea Hotel Wanderers.  Accommodation may be booked alongside your registration..

Please note: Accommodation has been booked at Protea Hotel Wanderers to assist delegates in their arrangements when travelling to Johannesburg. Delegates may book their accommodation directly with any hotel should they wish but the organisers will not be responsible for ay concerns or issues that may arise if done so.Official Conference Hotel

This includes VAT @ 14% but excludes the Tourism Levy of R12.05 per room per day

Methods of Payment

Only delegates who are registered and who have paid in full are considered confirmed delegates and will be able to participate in the conference activities.
Payments may be made as follows:

  • In South African Rands (ZAR)
  • It is the responsibility of foreign guests to ensure that the amount payable is in accordance with the latest exchange rate and represents the total South African Rand amount.
  • Only Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT’s) will be accepted.

Note: No cheque payments are accepted. All bank transaction charges are for the delegate’s own account.

Payment by Bank Wire Transfer (Electronic Funds Transfer)

If payment is made via bank wire transfer please note that proof of payment must be sent to the conference secretariat via email operations@sanra.org.

It should be noted that all bank transaction charges are for delegate’s own account. Please see banking details below for this payment method:

If paying by bank wire transfer please remember to clearly indicate the delegate’s name on bank transfers to facilitate the registration process.

Payment by Credit Card

Only Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club credit cards are accepted. This payment method is facilitated during your registration online and is done on a secure page. 

Registration Confirmation

All delegates that have completed the online registration pages will receive a confirmation email outlining the status of their registration profile. The registration will only be confirmed once full payment is received.

Name Substitution

Delegates may be substituted as long as this is done in writing and sent to the conference secretariat on a company letter either via email or fax.
